Β 1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Request Period
All return requests must be initiated withinΒ 7 daysΒ from the date of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will assist you with the process and arrange a pickup if applicable.
4. Inspection & Approval
Returned items are inspected once received.
If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method withinΒ 7β10 business daysΒ after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, discounted items, and clearance products cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
