Β 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Period

All return requests must be initiated withinΒ 7 daysΒ from the date of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will assist you with the process and arrange a pickup if applicable.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected once received.

  • If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method withinΒ 7–10 business daysΒ after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, discounted items, and clearance products cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
